1. Seizures and Epilepsy: If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, please consult your doctor before using VR, as it may trigger light-induced seizures or blackouts.
2. Motion Sickness: Using VR might cause motion sickness, nausea, dizziness, disorientation, or vertigo. If you experience any of these symptoms, please stop using VR immediately.
3. Eye Strain and Discomfort: To avoid eye strain or discomfort, please take regular breaks while using VR. Prolonged use can also lead to vision disturbances.
4. Physical Injuries: Be mindful of your surroundings while using VR to prevent physical injuries.
5. Children and VR: VR is not recommended for children under a certain age (typically 12-13 years).
6. Pregnancy and Health Conditions: If you are pregnant or have a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before using VR.
7. Prolonged Use: To prevent discomfort and potential health issues, avoid prolonged VR sessions and take breaks every 30 minutes to an hour.
8. Hearing Damage: Using headphones or high volume settings with VR can cause hearing damage. Please keep the volume at a safe level.
9. Emotional Distress: Some VR experiences can be intense or cause emotional distress. If you feel uncomfortable, take a break or stop using VR.
10. Physical Fatigue: VR can cause physical fatigue, especially during active games. Pay attention to your body's signals and rest when needed.
11. Reduced Awareness: VR use reduces your awareness of the real world. Please be cautious and ensure others around you know you are using VR.
12. Interference with Medical Devices: If you have an implanted medical device such as a pacemaker, please consult your doctor before using VR, as it may cause interference.
